Adam Sadzik, an Artist of the Kraków Opera Choir has passed away
It is with great sadness that we received the news of the death of Adam Sadzik, a Choir Artist and Actor, who worked at the Kraków Opera as a Choir Artist in the group of basses for over twenty years, from 1990 to 2013.
Within the last few years, he played supporting roles in productions staged in our theatre by such creators, as Michał Znaniecki, Laco Adamik and others.
We will remember him for his roles in such performances as, among others, The Gypsy Princess directed by Jan Szurmiej (2006), The Barber of Seville directed by Antoni Wolak (2009), The Devils of Loudun directed by Laco Adamik (2014) and The Marriage of Figaro directed by Michał Znaniecki (2014).
We bid farewell to a long-time friend of the Kraków Opera, and express our sympathy to Adam's family and relatives.
The funeral ceremonies will take place on 13th April 2021 at 10.20 am at the Rakowicki Cemetery.
