In line with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health applicable as of 1 December 2021, please be informed that:

1. The number of seats in the audience during the performance is reduced to 50%; the limit does not apply to vaccinated persons.

2. In line with the notification posted on the Opera’s website on 27 August 2021 ("Kraków Opera" in Kraków - Notification - Seat Availability), if you have tickets in the following rows:

• Amphitheatre: rows I, IV, X, XIV;
• Left-hand side box: rows: LF, LG, LH and LI;
• Right-hand side box: rows: PF, PG, PH and PI;
• Marshal's Balcony: row II;
• Balcony: rows II and IV;

it is possible to participate in the performance upon voluntary presentation of a vaccination certificate. Otherwise, return of tickets is possible.

We will exercise every effort to provide all viewers with the best conditions for uninterrupted and convenient reception of the performance, in line with your expectations.
