Please be informed that following the regulation of the Council of Ministers of 11 June on limitations related to the state of epidemic, the following changes are introduced to the sale of tickets for performances organised by the Kraków Opera:

1) sale of tickets for performances held as of 26 June is increased up to 75% of the capacity;

2) persons fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will have the option of purchasing tickets outside of the applicable 50% limit for such events as “Carmina Burana” (20 June) and “World Opera Arias” (25 June): purchase of tickets is possible exclusively at the Box Office of the Opera upon presentation of the vaccination certificate.

The Customer Service Department shall take every effort to guarantee the best conditions for all clients to enjoy the performances in an uninterrupted mode, in compliance with your expectations.
