The Krakow Opera is looking for candidates for the following positions: ballet ensemble dancer, coryphée, soloist.
1. Scope of responsibilities:
preparation and public performance of the entrusted choreographies along with the creation of stage characters, roles, tasks with regard to: acting, dance, according to the requirements of the producers and the Opera; participation in events and activities, including performances, rehearsals, lessons, recordings, auditions resulting from the work plan and observance of the instructors’ instructions; compliance with the requirements for the character being created, its image, costumes, props; preparation and performance of the role in the event of becoming a last-minute replacement.
2. Requirements for the candidate:
1. graduation from a ballet school;
2. at least one year of professional experience on stage;
3. exercise of full public rights.
3. Required documents in the recruitment process:
1. CV containing in particular: date of birth, address and e-mail address, weight (voluntary information) and height, information about education and professional achievements (prizes in ballet competitions, awards, lead roles, internships, previous place of employment);
2. Portrait and ballet photographs; please send us photographs and videos taken in the last year;
3. Video recording with a variation or pas de deux from the classical repertoire (YouTube, Vimeo links, etc.);
4. Consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of recruitment: „I consent to the processing of personal data exceeding the scope of Article 221 §1 and §4 of the Labour Code (including special categories of personal data referred to in Article 9(1) of GDPR), which I have included in application documents and attachments for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, which is the recruitment process.
