Following the decision of the Minister of Health on changes pertaining to the applicable terms of participation of spectators in theatre performances and organisation of work of institutions and to ensure observance of safety measures, as of 15 December this year the number of seats in the audience during performances and concerts is reduced to 30% of the total number of seats in the audience. The limit does not apply to fully vaccinated persons who voluntarily present the vaccination certificate. In relation to the above:

1) persons who purchased tickets for the “Nutcracker” (on 17, 18 and 19 December 2021) and who are vaccinated and willing to present the vaccination certificate, please contact us via e-mail at dziadekdoorzechow@opera.krakow.pl until 16 December 2021. In the content of the e-mail, please specify the date of the event and the number of tickets that you have purchased along with numbers of seats in the audience. ATTENTION: children of vaccinated persons are included among the vaccinated.

2) persons who purchased tickets for the “New Year’s Eve Concert”(on 31 December 2021, and 2, 5 and 6 January 2022) and who are vaccinated and willing to present the vaccination certificate, please contact us via e-mail at koncert@opera.krakow.pl until 16 December 2021. In the content of the e-mail, please specify the date of the event and the number of tickets that you have purchased along with numbers of seats in the audience. ATTENTION: children of vaccinated persons are included among the vaccinated.

Please note that the data from the certificates are not collected.

If we manage to procure a sufficient number of declarations on the willingness to present the certificates, we will be able to avoid a situation that may be problematic for some people.

3) the morning performance of the “Nutcracker” scheduled for 21 December 2021 is cancelled due to the fact that the school groups have no possibility of attending the performance. Ticket refunds are available at the Opera Box Office (Monday - Friday from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., on Saturday, Sundays and holidays two hours before a scheduled performance) or to the designated bank account number.

4) the “Silent Night” concert of Christmas carols scheduled for 22 December is moved to 14 January 2022. Tickets purchased for the concert remain valid.

5) Announcement of November 30 this year regarding the limit of 50% of audience limits does not apply.
