Jarosław Bielecki

He has been engaged in singing and music since his early childhood - at 9, he performed with the Boys’ Choir of Zabrze “Pueri Cantores Silesienses”, in which he learned the basic vocal skills, participating in numerous festivals and courses.

In 2012, he became a student at the Academy of Music in Krakow, the Faculty of Voice and Drama in the solo singing class of Father Zdzisław Madej, Ph. D. He graduated with distinction in June of 2017. As a student, he participated in vocal courses, conducted, among others, by Rannveig Braga and Mariusz Kwiecień. As a student, he played the role of Bastien in the Krakow Chamber Opera in W. A. Mozart’s “Bastien und Bastienne”, and in the Warsaw Chamber Opera he performed the role of Bojomir in the “Castle of Czorsztyn” by Karol Kurpiński. During this period, he also participated in concerts of the Krakow Philharmonic Orchestra and the Philharmonic Orchestra of Częstochowa. In the spring of 2017, he received a special prize during the Jan, Edward, Józefina Reszka Vocal Competition.

Since 2018, he has been a soloist of the Krakow Opera. During this period, he has participated in the following productions: “Norma” by Vincenzo Bellini as Flavio, “Gianni Schicchi” by Giacomo Puccini as Gherardo, “Anna Bolena” by Gaetano Donizetti as Sir Hervey, “Manru” by Ignacy Jan Paderewski as the Young Gypsy. In June of 2019, he performed the title role in “Candide” by Leonard Bernstein, and in November, he made his début as Count Almaviva in the “Barber of Seville” by Gioacchino Rossini. In December of 2019, he played the parts of Porcus, Herold and Cleric in the staged oratorio of “Joan of Arc at the stake” by Artur Honegger, directed by Monika Strzępka.
